Ron Noden is Chief Development Officer of LifeScale Analytics and has over 28 years experience in business, technology and leadership.  His ability to help client companies attain effective results stems from his experience in both technology and non-technology firms and projects.  Previously as a consultant to technology organizations, Ron successfully worked with over 270 companies to help them improve their bottom line results.  Ron has worked with companies ranging from a few million dollars to multi-billion dollars in revenue.

Mr. Noden also has been integrally involved in the development of multiple startups including a near-shore sourcing operation, a Sarbanes-Oxley / risk mitigation software firm, a full fiber-to-the-home communications company for phone/Internet/video, a nationwide technology services firm, and other technology based organizations.

Mr. Noden successfully directly managed turnaround situations in public and private corporations.  His ability to develop inventory management tools and re-deploy an organization allowed one public corporation to have its first profitable year in the company’s nine year history. Another publicly held technology services organization achieved its first profitable quarter in its 29 year history within the first 90 days working with Mr. Noden. Ron has been a featured speaker at international, national and regional conferences and events.

He has served on for profit and not-for-profit boards, and was a co-founder and Chairman of a non-profit organization successfully serving Haiti for over a decade. Ron is married to the love of his life, Jennifer, and has been blessed with three children.  He is actively involved in paying for two children in college, ministry outreach fund-raising and is an ordained minister.
