Jennifer is the Director of Resource Management for Lifescale Analytics.  Jennifer came to Lifescale with over 20 years of experience in all facets of technical recruiting.  Her experience encompasses recruiting, recruiting management, training/mentoring and organizational development.  Her background has given her the opportunity to directly impact the integrity and quality of IT solutions and now, with Lifescale, focus on helping life science organizations with the resources and talent they need to address their research data needs.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Associate’s Degree in Applied Science.  After being raised in Texas and traveling all across the US, Jennifer moved to Minnesota in 1999 to marry the love of her life. She has 3 children (2 big, one not so big), 1 dog (big) and enjoys traveling, home life, being a mom, biking, hiking and great sunsets.
